Program Structure
Weekday Mornings
Each weekday morning, students engage in structured workshops as part of the leadership development program, focusing on essential skills such as public speaking and academic English communication. Through discussions, case studies, and collaborative activities, students enhance their confidence in expressing ideas while cultivating critical thinking skills that are vital for the Thailand Global Leadership Experience and connected to global leadership and international perspectives.
Tuesday + Thursday Afternoons
Twice each week, students engage in a leadership development program where they work in small teams to develop their capstone projects. Guided by instructors, these students explore topics related to global leadership, sustainability, and regional development, all while practicing essential skills such as collaboration, problem-solving, and presentation. This academic and cultural experience is particularly enhanced by the Thailand Global Leadership Experience, allowing students to apply their learning in a meaningful academic project.
Evenings
Evenings during the Thailand Global Leadership Experience are dedicated to enriching academic and cultural experiences through team-building activities that allow students to explore Thai traditions and local communities. From cultural workshops and guided visits to collaborative challenges, these experiences foster friendships, enhance confidence, and connect academic learning with real-world cultural experiences, all integral to our leadership development program.
Weekends
Each Saturday, students travel to Bangkok as part of the Thailand Global Leadership Experience to explore the dynamic capital city of Thailand. Guided visits to historic temples, cultural landmarks, and modern districts provide a rich academic and cultural experience, offering insight into Thailand’s history, culture, and global development. This helps students understand how tradition and innovation shape one of Southeast Asia’s most important cities.
Sundays – Reflection & Recreation
Sundays provide students with time to rest, reflect, and enjoy the resort environment. Guided reflection activities encourage students to think about what they have learned throughout the week in the leadership development program, while also allowing time for recreation, beach activities, and informal social interaction with their peers.
